Founded by Dallas Top Producing Agent Jason R. Anderson as seen on TLC’s My First Home in Conjunction with TAG and William Davis Realty. This new concept allows us to donate 10% of our Commission back to the Community or Charity of Your Choice! Our goal is to donate $100,000 or more each year to local charities, communities and churches. We believe that in order for us to succeed we need to give back to the communities and people that have supported us and help us grow. Our program is not limited to the foundations listed below these are simply a few examples of charities you may want to donate to.

The 10% donation is paid off our net commission on a real estate transaction minus broker and office fees. An example transaction would be ($200,000 Purchase = $6000 in Commission)($6000 - $250 Office Fees = $5750 Net Commission)($5750 x 10% = $575 to the Charity of your choice). There is no minimum or maximum limit as to the amount that we will donate the 10% of our commission. We do not personally endorse or discourage you against supporting any particular charity. Service is only limited to our available Service area which covers the entire Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex.
